Welcome to D2 Podcast Studio! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our studio services. By booking or using any part of our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Studio time must be booked in advance through our official booking system, website, or directly with a representative.
A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is accepted.
All sessions must be paid for in full before the scheduled recording time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include [list payment methods: e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer].
Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable unless caused by unavoidable circumstances at our discretion.
Clients should arrive not more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of client arrival time.
D2 Technicians are responsible for lighting, camera, audio and basic setup as per an agreed upon template.
If a client chooses to dress the set, they should allocate 15 minutes from their booking for set-up time.
Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by misuse or negligence.
No food or drink is allowed near the recording equipment.
D2 Podcast Studio staff are responsible for setup, sound checks, basic troubleshooting and recording.
Any technical support beyond the basics may incur additional fees.
Clients retain full ownership of the content they record, unless a separate agreement is made.
D2 Podcast Studio does not claim any rights over your podcast recordings.
Clients are solely responsible for the content they produce, including ensuring it complies with
copyright laws, defamation laws, and all other applicable regulations.
D2 Podcast Studio reserves the right to refuse service for content deemed offensive, discriminatory, or illegal.
All sessions are treated as confidential.
D2 Podcast Studio staff will not share, distribute, or disclose your recordings or session details without your consent, except as required by law.
D2 Podcast Studio is not liable for any lost data or audio files after delivery.
If a client decides to store personal property with us, D2 Podcast Studio is not responsible for any damage caused to it.
In the event of data loss before delivery on our end, we will issue a full refund.
Clients use the facilities at their own risk. D2 Podcast Studio is not responsible for injuries or damages occurring on-site unless due to our proven negligence.
D2 Podcast Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, emergencies).
Clients will be notified as early as possible and offered alternative dates or full refunds.
